Why only three deliverables

The Diagnostic is deliberately scoped to produce one high-quality written output, the Signal Architecture Blueprint, rather than a broad report that costs more to produce and sits in a drawer. You get clarity and a 90-day action plan, not a binder. Full data auditing and predictive modeling belong in a subsequent engagement where they can be done with the detail and care required. Most organizations don't need everything at once. They need to know where to start.

Is the $7,000 fee really credited toward a future engagement?

Yes. The full $7,000 is credited toward any Analytics Foundation, Workforce Intelligence, Fractional Leadership, or Workplace Climate Gauge engagement booked within 30 days of the diagnostic delivery session. Think of it as the first payment toward the right engagement, not an additional cost on top of one.

What if we're not ready for a larger engagement after the Diagnostic?

The Diagnostic stands alone as a valuable deliverable. You receive the Signal Architecture Blueprint with documented findings and a prioritized 90-day action plan, regardless of what comes next. Some clients use it internally to build the business case before bringing any external help back in. Others share it with their Board or CEO as a workforce risk briefing. It's yours to keep and use however serves you best.

Do you work on-site or remotely?

Both. Interviews and the delivery walkthrough can be conducted in-person for Fort Collins and Northern Colorado clients. Denver-area clients should contact us for options. All synthesis and blueprint work is done remotely. For clients outside Northern Colorado, the full engagement is conducted via video with no impact on quality or depth of access. Gene typically responds to booking inquiries within one business day to confirm a start date and discuss any logistics.
