About Gene Danilenko

The Practitioner Behined The Practice.

Gene spent over a decade as Senior Director of People Analytics & Insights at a Fortune 50 health services / healthcare organization, leading a global team supporting 400,000+ employees across workforce data science, reporting, and employee listening.

He founded Xerebral in 2007 to bring that depth of experience to organizations that need it most without the overhead, the learning curve, or the 6 - 12-month ramp-up of a full-time hire.

Today, Xerebral serves healthcare, payer, MedTech, and regulated-service organizations as a fractional analytics executive practice.

About the name and the logo

Xerebral is a play on the word "Cerebral." We view our work as leading organizations with results or activities that require the creative use of intellect. We bring "smart solutions" to difficult organizational opportunities.

The green Delta in the logo represents change, difference, opportunity, and math. The gold/yellow spiral is a representation of the Golden Spiral/Fibonacci spiral. This spiral is found in nature, art, and architecture, and for us it represents growth, evolution, analysis, and alignment.
